Yes! Your site will be built for ease and simplicity, and you’ll get a personalized Help Hub with tutorials to walk you through everything. You don’t need to be a tech expert to keep your site updated. If you decide that it’s still more than you can take on, I have very reasonable support packages.

We start with some basic info. Then you’ll fill out a quick intake form, and I’ll use your responses to craft your website content for you. You will also submit your images and photos. If you don’t have any you have a few options. Your Launch Kit comes with up to 5 images that I will source for you to fit your content and brand. If you would prefer your own business in the photos (highly recommended) we can add Brand Photography services and get some amazing photos of your business in action.

You’ve got options! If you already have branding, we’ll use it. If you don’t, the Launch + Branding Kit includes everything you need to show up professionally, logo, colors, fonts, and graphics.

No problem. We’ll use a flexible setup like a downloadable file, a link to an editable doc, or a section you can easily swap out. You’ll also get a tutorial so you can make changes any time.

Yes, basic SEO is included so your site can start getting found online. It’s not a deep SEO package, but it gives you a solid foundation. You can always upgrade later if you want more visibility.

Definitely. The site is built on Squarespace with simple tools and you’ll have access to your personalized Client Help Hub. If you’d rather not mess with it, you can hire me again or add a support plan anytime.

Nope! Most people choose the monthly plan, but if you want to save a little, you can pay in full and get a discount.

You can join our Website Essentials Plan anything for $150/month. If you have a one-off update that you are wanting or features added, we can give you a quote.

Auto-pay is required for monthly payments. You will receive a secure link on your first invoice to make your payment. Once you pay your first invoice, the recurring invoices will be paid automatically each month.

These websites are semi-custom; we start with a template and then customize with add-ons if needed. Integrating third-party apps is an add-on that we can include in your package. You can roll that cost into your monthly plan or pay in full up front.
